Today:
- Finish Unit F Houese Finance Workbook pp. 7 – 12
- Debrief Mid-Term Test. Results were [very] dissappointing. Two students elevated their course average by ~4%, two students dropped their course mark by ~4%. The remainder were no change +/- 1 %. I was expecting way better than that given 5 days, 2.5 hours in class, open book, collaborative, really familiar qustions, … Enough said.
- Mid Term Solutions Debrief Movie. Some really familiar questions!! In Video Debriefs Playlist with all the quizzes too.
- Mid-Term Solution Debrief PDF Handout. In Daily Lesson Shared Folder too.
- Statistics
- Issue Progress reports again. Not much time left to get in assignments. Penalty if late. If below 40% then very unlikely to get into ‘field goal position‘ at this late stage. There are some extra projects available to elevate by 4 or 5%, but they take a lot of work.
- Issue Next Unit – Geometry and Trigonometry.
- Issue Unit G Geometry and Trigonometry Notes. The first 17 pages are identical to what we did in Grade 11! Even the first few assignments are the same!
