Today’s Lesson(s)
- Warmup
- Quiz Re-do (last chance, last ever re-do)
- Finish up Unit C Notes: Quartiles, Inter-Quartile Range
- Lesson Support Videos: Quartiles (Good wrap up of most of the Unit!)
- Work in Statistics Workbook
- Play in some Apps (?) (technically using Apps is only for Applied Math, but certainly worthwhile devices to better enhance studies)
- Demo an interesting Stats App that does Data with their frequency: Stats App on Google Play
- Play with Desmos Calculator to do Stats. The Desmos Calculator does a great job of Stats too. Not too easy on a tiny phone though. Check out my DESMOS Stats Movie. Technically only Applied Math students get to use apps and technology!
- Issue Stats Practice Quiz (Not hand-in) (good review for Thursday Quiz)
Issue Unit G – Geometry and Trigonometry courseware- 80% overlap with Grades 10 and 11 Trigonometry and Geometry Units! So should look rather familiar to many students who have done Grades 10 and 11 with us this year.
