• Warmup:  Try these on-line Simple Interest Questions.  Have your calculator at the ready. Many can be done mentally though! Boys vs Girls!!  Dare you try the Compound Interest Questions?  Notice we call it ‘A’, they call it FV; we call it  ‘P’, they call it PV.
• Loans Assignment B-4 (Due: In class today)
  • Lesson Support Video: Personal Loans.  In case you missed a class.
    • Look how we will do Loans in Grade 12 with an App!  But that is for Grade 12
• Unit B Review Worksheet (not handin).  Quiz Prep for Thursday.  Quiz every Thursday.
• Unit B Notes Glossary!  Make sure you read the Glossary of Terms at the end of the notes (if you have not already discovered that!)
• Graphing Interest on Investments.  Are you familiar with how graphs work?  They show a picture of a bunch of numbers!  Much more useful. Compare Simple and Compound Investments by Graphing
  • How about graphing Personal Loans? A bit more complicated.  Wait for Grade 12

• My Grade 11 Reference Notes (Cheat Sheet).  You are expected to make your own, slowly compile it for Final Exam.  These should be sitting in front of you during class, tweak them up as we go along.
• Daily Lessons in Shared Folder.  Every lesson we have done on the whiteboard board.  Also printed at front of class.  In case you miss a clas or two.
• Decent Calculator.  You likely noticed that you need a decent calculator!  The one on your phone or a Dollarama one is not sufficient.  Hunt around the family, get a decent one at Walmart for $18 – $20.  Check out the Decent Video Movie.
• Nail down Times Tables.  You will have noticed lots of our stuff can be done quickly without even using a calculator, just mentally in your head even!  Times Tables resources.  Best way to learn any facts is by repetition!  Try this:  Study Tip Repetition
