Word of the day: Zero (of a function). Also called a root or an x-intercept
Announcement:
- Quiz went well, mean mark was 78%, deviation was 26%. That should help lock-in student course marks or elevate a few. One student even got 127%. I will publish answer key and video on the weekend for Monday, although all the questions were very close adaptations to those of previous quizzes . Update: Most marks went up by ~5% subsequent to the Test or just locked in the mark.
