Announcement:

  • Mid-Term Test (~15% course weight factor) on Thursday 4 May
    • Mid Term Marks go to Sponsors & Funders on Friday 5 May
  • 50% penalty for Assignments overdue by more than two weeks.
  • Missed the Regular Weekly Quiz?  Last chance was Friday, but we will do, this time only, a re-do tomorrow (Tuesdday) for those who had less than 70% or who missed the Regular Weekly Quiz.

  • Finish up Unit C Notes: Quartiles, Inter-Quartile Range
  • Work in Workbook
  • Play in some Apps  (technically using Apps is only for Applied Math, but certainly worthwhile devices to better see our lessons
    • An interesting Stats App that does Data with their frequency:  Stats App on Google Play
    • Play with Desmos Calculator to do do Stats
    • The Desmos Calculator does a great job of Stats too.  Not too easy on a tiny phone though.  Check out my DESMOS Stats Movie.  Technically only Applied Math students get to use apps and technology!
  • Lesson Support Videos:  Quartiles  (Good wrap up of most of he Unit!)
